Architect @ Work Türkiye 2019

What is Architect @ Work:

It is an event which takes place in 16 countries around the world, mainly in Europe, introducing design and innovation-oriented products to architects and interior designers. In addition to the products exhibited by building products companies, the event also includes exhibitions and side events in accordance with the theme determined each year.

Tasks Assumed:

• Speaker recommendations for Architect @ Work 2019 Turkey Side Events

• Moderator recommendations to conduct the event

• Confirmation of the availability of speakers, creating a seminar flow plan

• Holding meetings with the designated speakers and preparing speech contents suitable for the "Future Proof" theme of the year

• Development of the determined presentation contents and confirmation of their suitability to the subject

• Receiving the speech contents and texts from the speakers and formatting them for suitable service

• Receiving and forwarding media materials such as resumes, photographs, project images of the speakers

• Making suggestions about the language of communication, creating a new text when necessary, making the event ready for use on social media channels

• Recommendations and budgeting studies regarding the technical needs of the event (screen - sound system - director, etc.)

• Panel moderation

• Activity flow management
