Consultancy service of B&T Design to develop cooperation with architects and interior architects and to establish long-term business partnerships.

Tasks Assumed:

• Establishing and executing the architectural communication strategy

• Working one-on-one with Istanbul and Ankara store teams, evaluating their relationships with architects and customers

• To work on a target architect list based on selected cities

• Communication-based segmentation on the working list

• Architecture and project-based CRM system offers, demo applications

• «Becoming a Business Partner with Architects» training and workshops
